Happy Wednesday, friends! I know you are all DYING to see Whitney and Ryan’s Clover Forest Plantation Wedding. I’m dying to post it. But, believe me when I tell you that this bridal session is just as amazing as the wedding… F’real. Whitney looked amazing when she, her adorable mother, and her fabulous maid of honor met me at the plantation for the bridal session. We had SUCH a good time! We wondered all over the beautiful grounds and stopped to take photos along the way!
Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the eye candy that is Whitney Brooke…
We started on the back porch balcony. The sun was shining on her perfectly for a little bit of rim lighting. These were are first shots. And I always think those will be the ones to toss… I’m wrong. As always.
Are you swooning yet? If not, you should be! That dress… the light… WHITNEY! You are so very beautiful, Whitney…
One of my favorites. Definitely.
This next series was taken on the back porch where Whitney would walk towards Ryan at the altar. You can catch a glimpse of the ceremony site in the background. This venue is gorgeous!
But nowhere near as gorgeous as this bride!
Whitney’s laugh is infections. You can’t help but smile by just being around her.
I love these green magnolia leaves!
Talk about variety in a session! Clover Forest Plantation has everything you could want!
Gah! Loooooooooooove! L.O.V.E.
Another favorite. And as an aside… I almost convinced Whitney that we should climb into this field. As it turns out, when I was reading one of Katelyn James’ blog posts recently, I discovered that a huge black bull lives in that field. A beautiful bride running from a bull, alongside her wedding photographer, is a look we were NOT going for. Glad we don’t decide to jump on my ideas… Sheesh.
Love this one, too!
The florals! The boots! Don’t you just ADORE this session!!??!
We chose to add the veil towards the end of the session. This veil was made for Whitney out of the veil her mother wore when she married her father. What a perfect, special way to include a family heirloom into your wedding day.
Whitney’s mother asked for this shot. Of course I was happy to oblige. And I am SO glad I did.
Finishing up with a little dress twirling!
